A Typical Day


The Technology Project Coordinator oversees meetings, schedules, reporting, and communication with project teams, ensuring that team members comply with project timelines.

In this role, you will be accountable for monitoring project modifications, updating schedules/project plans, and securing agreements with Engineers and clients.


The Technology Project Coordinator will:
Collect all project information including schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings

Maintain document management, track project activities, and facilitate team communications

Develop and review project status updates and reports; document notes during team strategy sessions

Create and disseminate communications to project teams and stakeholders

Process daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure all schedules operate seamlessly, all tasks are completed as required, and projects are finalized in a timely manner

Collaborate with the Project Manager to uphold scope, schedules, and workflows for assigned projects

Perform additional related duties as necessary and assigned

What You'll Bring

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field

3+ years of relevant professional experience

Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential

PMP certification is not mandatory but is a plus

Experience in Financial Services and, ideally, the mortgage industry is preferred

Compensation:
Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location/market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role


Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

$68,000 - $115,000
