Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
  • Manage telephone communications, ensuring calls are directed appropriately and efficiently.
  • Oversee the Emergency Alert System, responding promptly to all alerts.
  • Administer the business center and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain a secure environment for all residents, staff, and visitors, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Promote teamwork through positive interactions with colleagues and other departments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred two years of experience in hospitality or a senior living environment.
  • Strong customer service skills are essential.
  • Proficient in using personal computers and MS Office applications.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Must successfully complete a Criminal Background check and Health Screening, including physical and TB tests.
  • In alignment with health and safety guidelines, team members may be required to receive vaccinations and participate in health screenings.
