Job Overview
The Ladders is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to enhance our expanding organization.

The Senior Financial Accountant will report directly to the Accounting Manager (or CFO when necessary) and will play a crucial role as we advance our operations in the US and expand our accounting and finance departments.

We are interested in candidates with a background in small business and startup accounting, possessing 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Record transactions and classify entries as directed by the accounting manager in the general ledger.
- Generate invoices for clients, document sales, and follow up with clients regarding overdue payments.
- Compile monthly cash flow reports.
- Execute month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile sub-ledger balances with general ledger accounts.
- Evaluate monthly closing processes and prepare inventory reports.
- Create monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Develop weekly and monthly profit and loss projection reports for headquarters.
- Report directly to the Accounting Manager or CFO.
- Undertake additional tasks as requested by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; strong spreadsheet skills required.
- Familiarity with U.S. GAAP.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
- CPA certification is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is highly preferred.
