Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Brothers Flooring Services LLC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our CEO and performing a wide range of administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our CEO, including preparing documents, maintaining databases, and communicating with the public.
  • Document Management: Process, type, edit, and format reports and documents, as well as file documents and maintain databases.
  • Communication: Direct internal and external calls, emails, and other communications to designated departments.
  • Scheduling: Arrange and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Office Management: Monitor office supplies and order replacements as needed, as well as assist with copying, scanning, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings.
  • Event Planning: Prepare facilities and arrange refreshments for events, if required.
  • Business Etiquette: Observe the best business practices and etiquette.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Qualifications: Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary would be advantageous.
  • Skills: Proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases, as well as filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and proficiency in appointment scheduling and call forwarding systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills.
Work Environment
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday.
  • Pay: $15, $31,200.00 per year.
  • Benefits: Flexible schedule.
