Job Summary:

New Energy Equity is a fast-paced, rapidly growing end-to-end solar developer and financer seeking an Administrative Support Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will provide daily support to our CEO and President, as well as assist other executives as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Manage the calendars of the CEO and President, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Personal Assistance: Provide personal support to the CEO, including tasks such as travel coordination, event planning, and expense reporting.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation for the CEO and other executives.
  • Event Planning: Assist with planning and executing company-wide events, local office events, department retreats, and meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the CEO and other executives, including preparing signature pages, coordinating events, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Expense Reporting: Prepare and submit expense reports for the CEO and President.
  • Board Meeting Support: Prepare board meeting materials and take meeting minutes as requested.
  • Logistical Support: Provide logistical support for the CEO, including arranging transportation and accommodations.

Requirements:

  • Valid US Driver's License: Possess a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift 50lbs regularly.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant to C-Suite executives.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, including active listening.
  • Discretion: Exercise discretion in all communications to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Time Management: Strong time-management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Sharp attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility: Flexible work schedule, including some evenings and possibly weekends.
  • Tech Savvy: Tech-savvy with experience in MS Office and Outlook.
