Compensation: $18 - $21/hr based on experience

Position Summary: We are in search of a meticulous and dependable administrative assistant who will also function as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to aid our sales team. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational skills, thrive within established protocols, and take pride in ensuring transactions are executed accurately and efficiently. While experience in real estate is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent and reliable administrative assistance to the sales team
  • Serve as the Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, overseeing and tracking transactions from contract to closing
  • Maintain, verify, and organize files and documents meticulously within cloud-based systems
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments, ensuring seamless processes
  • Handle communications with professionalism and care
  • Perform data entry and maintain precise and detailed databases
  • Cross-train in various administrative functions to support the team effectively
  • Create and manage checklists to ensure thorough and timely completion of tasks

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Comfortable prioritizing and managing tasks in a structured environment
  • Proficient in computer applications and technology, emphasizing accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong inclination towards creating and adhering to checklists and structured systems
  • Able to read and interpret documents, including real estate contracts and settlement statements
  • Adaptable to changes in routine, with a focus on consistency and reliability
  • Self-motivated with a dependable attitude, dedicated to supporting the team and clients
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required
