Client Relationship and Solutions Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level and mid-management level individuals within client organizations.
- Account Strategy: Introduce new solutions to accounts within your designated scope and provide valuable feedback to the Bosch delivery team on how to strategically grow the account.
- Business Development: Drive revenue growth within your assigned account scope by supporting pre-sales proposal activities for new business development initiatives.
- Delivery Assurance: Collaborate with Delivery Managers and other business units to ensure timely delivery and high-quality services that meet client expectations.
- Account Profitability: Work closely with delivery managers to ensure optimal profitability across all sales transactions.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor and manage operational excellence metrics such as Accounts Receivable, pricing, invoicing, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and Client Satisfaction (CSAT) within your assigned accounts.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in sales acquisition, including 2+ years of managing customer accounts in IT services. Strong project management and account management skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Microsoft technologies and solution sales expertise.
