About the Role

This position involves providing expert advice and financial solutions to complex business clients and prospects. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, deepening, and maintaining profitable relationships with key decision-makers in various industries.

Your primary focus will be on serving as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for these clients, working closely with Product Specialists to design and deliver customized financial solutions that meet their unique needs.

You will also collaborate with local market stakeholders and teammates throughout the bank, leveraging your expertise in commercial lending, business development, and portfolio management to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an extensive portfolio of complex clients and prospects with annual revenues of $5-50 million, helping them save, borrow, and invest for their current and future needs

• Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancing existing relationships

• Analyze financial statements and cash flow analysis to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends

• Collaborate with local market stakeholders and teammates to design and deliver financial solutions to clients and prospects

• Coach and mentor peers, utilizing leadership skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

• Adapt to changes in sales practices and broader market and industry conditions as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial lending, business development, commercial credit, and portfolio management in business banking or middle market sector required

• Proven track record of sales, prospecting new business, and enhancing existing relationships

• Ability to understand and interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends
