Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior Client Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our company's growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully acquiring new business and achieving revenue targets.

You will be responsible for prospecting, follow-up on lead generation, and building strong relationships with potential clients. Your consultative selling approach will enable you to understand client needs and articulate value propositions that address their unique challenges and deliver tangible business outcomes.

About the Role

As a Senior Client Executive, you will be responsible for:
  • Identifying and engaging with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target companies to understand their digital transformation needs and pain points.
  • Conducting in-depth research on target industries and companies to tailor value propositions and solution offerings.
  • Leveraging your network and attending industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Leading the end-to-end sales process, including conducting workshops, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Collaborating closely with the internal team, including consultants and subject matter experts, to craft compelling proposals and deliver customized solutions to clients.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to position our company as a thought leader and trusted advisor.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a sales role within the digital transformation, technology consulting, or related industry.
  • A proven track record of successfully acquiring new business and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong hunter mentality and ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Consultative selling approach with the ability to understand client needs and articulate value propositions.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of digital transformation trends and technologies.
