In this pivotal role as an Enterprise Sales Solutions Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving growth and revenue for Dell. Your primary objective is to build strong relationships with key decision-makers within enterprise accounts, providing exceptional customer experiences that foster trust and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully selling to large enterprises, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in technology sales. A strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and the challenges faced by large organizations is essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are also crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within assigned territories.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Present and demonstrate our range of Client and End User Solutions and IT services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • B UIld and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the assigned customer/prospect base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.


What We Offer:
Dell provides a competitive Total Target Compensation package ranging from $232,900 to $301,400, inclusive of base salary and commissions (60/40 split). In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and professional development opportunities.
