We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing a diverse portfolio of customer accounts, developing strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through upsell opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the entire sales process, including conducting discovery calls to drive pipeline growth and generate revenue within assigned accounts.
- Proactively prospect for new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and grow your account portfolio to exceed annual revenue targets.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities within existing accounts to achieve quota targets.
- Provide outstanding client relationship management for both new and existing clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in leveraging Concord's product offerings to achieve their business objectives.
Requirements:
- College Graduate or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of individual quota-carrying sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving performance goals, including quotas, revenue targets, and other key performance metrics.
- Experience in facilitating resolution to customer problems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
