We are seeking an experienced Parking Sales Executive to join our team in Seattle. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the parking industry.

Job Description

The primary role of the Parking Sales Executive is to develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities. This includes:

  • Prospecting for potential new clients and turning this into increased business
  • Cold calling as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Meeting potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
  • Researching and building relationships with new clients
  • Setting up meetings with client decision makers
  • Planning approaches and pitches

You will work closely with our operations management, marketing, and technical staff to understand our solutions and services and how they can meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements
  • Detailed understanding of the overall parking industry and marketplace, including trends
  • 3+ years of experience and expertise in parking sales or management
  • Trade group participation: BOMA, IREM, IFMA, IPMA, Chamber of Commerce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise in parking sales/operations
  • Proposal writing, RFPs, bid walk experience preferred, profitable budgeting
  • Salesforce or other CRM preferred
  • Dynamic presentation and negotiation skills
