Executive Relationship Manager

At RxVantage, we're looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise Manager to lead our relationships with life sciences companies. This is a vital role in the company's client services and sales organization.
Job OverviewServe as the primary point of contact for established Enterprise clients and internal team members. Identify and execute on new growth opportunities with clients, managing against revenue targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build strong partnerships with clients and identify opportunities for expansion
- Manage client relationships to ensure consistent renewals and continued value
- Stay up-to-date on client business challenges and opportunities, leading planning and strategy for accounts
- Support Enterprise sales team with business development efforts for prospective clients
- Collaborate with implementation and operations teams to ensure timely and successful client onboarding
About the Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in client services, consulting, or customer success in life sciences, healthcare, and/or technology/SaaS
- Experience with Salesforce or other lead generation tools is a plus
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with ability to create engaging presentations and reports
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and influencing others to act
- Able to set and work towards deadlines, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
