Fractional Sales Executive

Overview of the Position
We are looking for a skilled Fractional Sales Executive to help us drive growth and expansion in the Non-Profit sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted sales strategies to engage decision-makers and secure new clients for our RAASS model.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Meet or exceed the target of one new RAASS client per month during the initial 3-month contract.
- Client Outreach: Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage decision-makers.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients to position destinationone as their premier recruitment solution.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in business development within the Non-Profit sector.
- Established Network: A ready book of business in the targeted sectors is required.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Benefits
As a Fractional Sales Executive, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission potential.
