About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team in Seattle, WA. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to identify sales opportunities and meet or exceed booking and gross margin budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to identify sales opportunities
  • Estimate and sell system adds/modifications to meet or exceed booking and gross margin budgets
  • Develop new business opportunities and prospect for potential sales opportunities
  • Prepare sales quotations and proposals
  • Participate in yearly sales planning and generate sales presentations
  • Process and analyze feasibility assessments and/or bid/contract documents
  • May provide guidance to other employees and actively log opportunities in Salesforce
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, and building automation technologies
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the building automation or mechanical systems industry
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present technical information and proposals to clients
  • Experience working closely with technical teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive solutions and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and industry trends in building automation and apply them to customer needs
