Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to provide exceptional client support for Employee Benefits clients and production staff. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of insurance products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct customer service support for Employee Benefits clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of policy and coverage-related concerns.
  • Prepare new business and renewal bid specifications, proposals, and related reports, utilizing Agency Management Software Systems.
  • Perform marketing functions, including carrier negotiations and follow-up, to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Assist the accounting department in reconciliation and maintenance of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with producers and underwriters to resolve client inquiries and concerns, promoting a positive client experience.
  • Consistently meet Brown & Brown established Quality Control Practices and Timelines, upholding the highest standards of service excellence.
Requirements:
  • Current Washington State Insurance License and appropriate Non-Resident Licenses.
  • Valid Driver's License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Minimum 5 years of recent agency experience handling the service of a large multi-line book of business.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to translate technical information for clients at all levels.
  • Experience with Agency Management Software Systems and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Compensation:

$70k-$120k DOE, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
