Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Program Operations Assistant to play a vital role in supporting our mission and values. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about contributing to a skilled workforce that positively impacts children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar.
  • Assist with documentation in the electronic health record system.
  • Develop process improvement procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Support special projects and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of three years of administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
