Position Highlights:

This role is essential in ensuring the efficiency of our appointment setting process, contributing to our reputation as one of the best workplaces in the industry.

Compensation: The hourly wage for this position is $26 plus performance bonuses.

Work Environment: This position is based in-office, where you will receive comprehensive training over a period of three weeks. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the quality and volume of appointments scheduled for our external sales representatives.
  • Ensure an effective appointment issuance rate throughout the day.
  • Maintain territory organization through proactive calendar management.
  • Complete necessary lead checks and administrative tasks with precision.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to foster collaboration.
  • Support our commitment to exceptional service for both internal and external clients.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in inside sales or call center environments is advantageous.
  • Proficient computer skills, with familiarity in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Google Chrome.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate various software applications while engaging with customers.
  • Self-driven to meet targets related to call volume and appointment scheduling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
