Healthcare Enrollment Coordinator

The Credentialing Coordinator is accountable for data collection, organization, and submission of enrollment applications required by health plans, hospitals, and governmental and other regulatory agencies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating timely payor enrollment for new practitioners and re-enrollment for established practitioners.
- Working closely with individual practitioners, clinic leadership, Medical Staff, Provider Relations, Human Resources, physician billing office, and Epic analysts.
- Coordinating multiple projects and tasks of medium complexity.
