Job Summary

Aston Carter is seeking a highly skilled Financial Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Financial Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial success of our capital projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with our capitalization policy.
  • Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including fixed assets and project spending.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly forecasts and quarter-end closing tasks.
  • Review and process intercompany transactions related to capital projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform account reconciliations and analysis to ensure the accuracy of capital spending reconciliation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a project-based environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
