Position Overview

Warehouse of Fixtures, TNG is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to enhance our client interactions and support our operational excellence. This role is pivotal in fostering relationships with our clientele and ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients via phone and in-person to address inquiries and provide support.
  • Become proficient in lead generation and sales software to assist the sales and design teams.
  • Efficiently manage daily administrative tasks to support team operations.
  • Maintain a professional appearance to uphold the company’s positive image.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with sales, design, and leadership teams.
  • Stay informed about our products and services to assist clients effectively.
  • Ensure the showroom is organized and presentable, collaborating with designers on floor plans.
  • Address customer feedback and inquiries promptly.
  • Oversee customer service reports to enhance team efficiency and processes.
  • Manage customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Handle incoming sales calls and manage existing accounts to ensure customer retention.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for sales and management data.
  • Support the sales team with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Conduct data entry for sales metrics and performance tracking.
  • Monitor sales leads, coordinate quotes, and manage customer orders.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, high-volume work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications: A minimum of six months to one year of relevant experience is preferred, with at least three years in customer service roles.
