We seek individuals with high emotional intelligence who can provide stability and support in the midst of our clients' often tumultuous circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in daily prayer for the mission of Coalition for Life.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients.
- Participate in a rotating on-call system for client management.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients through various channels throughout their journey in the Women's Care Connect program.
- Collaborate with external organizations on behalf of clients.
- Accurately input and update client records in an online database.
- Support clients throughout their pregnancies by understanding their unique needs and assisting in setting their objectives.
- Conduct, interpret, and document medical-grade pregnancy assessments.
- Manage a diverse and dynamic caseload of clients from different backgrounds.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Keep meticulous inventory of supplies and reorder as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or a minimum of one year of relevant experience in social work, case management, or a related women's ministry.
- Advanced degrees or certifications from accredited institutions may substitute for experience.
