Job Title: Account Director Facility Services Class A Property

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our facility services team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with a focus on Class A commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of facilities management services, including project planning, budgeting, and cost estimation.
  • Manage quality control monitoring, safety, training, and diversity programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local government regulations.
  • Analyze and manage financial and operational performance.
  • Develop and manage quarterly/annual budgets and perform periodic cost and productivity analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant facilities management experience in a service/customer-oriented environment.
  • Experience in articulation of technical acumen and understanding of building operations and technical systems maintenance and operations.
  • Ability to build relationships and partnerships with clients and service partners.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence and effectively present information.
