  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, collaborate with clients to understand their evolving security needs and challenges, and provide consultative guidance on security solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets, collaborate with internal teams to customize and deliver integrated security solutions, and stay abreast of industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance in proposed solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals that address client requirements, work closely with technical and operational teams to develop comprehensive solutions, and conduct effective presentations to articulate the value proposition of Convergint Federal Solutions.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts, and provide regular reports on sales performance and key metrics to the management team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the federal sector.
  • Strong understanding of integrated security solutions and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Security clearance or the ability to apply and receive clearance.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
