At Verint, we're committed to helping organizations elevate Customer Experience (CX) and increase workforce productivity by delivering CX Automation.
We're seeking a skilled Account Executive to drive business in assigned accounts, focusing on new add-on business and product expansion across the Midwest Territory.
The ideal candidate will identify, drive, and sell Verint solutions, maintaining effective account relationships within their assigned territory.
Key responsibilities include owning and setting the account strategy, developing a plan to execute tactics and strategies, and establishing effective cross-functional relationships.
Additionally, the Account Executive will be responsible for executing the Company's sales strategies, achieving established sales quota, and leading all regularly scheduled calls.
They will also be responsible for understanding customers' business needs, developing and owning the overall sales pipeline, and providing effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, five years of sales experience, and a proven track record of quota attainment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to penetrate and establish relationships with customer senior-level executives.
Travel will be approximately 50-75%.
