YOUR ROLE AS AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

This position operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional Saturdays.

As an Office Administrator, you will be an enthusiastic individual responsible for managing essential documents and delivering exceptional customer service. You will arrive each day with a positive mindset and a readiness to assist. With keen attention to detail, you will oversee our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. By leading through example, you will demonstrate effective strategies for converting leads into sales. Additionally, you will efficiently schedule jobs and offer support to colleagues as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of our company.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing small teams
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

A bachelor's degree in business management or communications is preferred but not mandatory. If you meet these qualifications and can fulfill the responsibilities outlined above, we would be pleased to consider you for our team.
