Job Overview

PROLIM is currently seeking a Manufacturing Administrative Coordinator to support our esteemed client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the tooling manufacturing team in an administrative capacity, overseeing schedules, meetings, data analysis, presentations, and related tasks.
  • Perform standard office duties, including organizing and maintaining files, handling inquiries, arranging meetings and conferences, and managing correspondence.
  • Review drafts and completed documents for grammatical accuracy and provide guidance on office operations and established protocols.
  • Compile, gather, and report information pertinent to supervisor assignments.
  • Transcribe dictation as needed.
  • Coordinate project scheduling, status meetings, and liaise with both internal and external fabrication teams.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
