About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and revenue growth for Kikoff Inc. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to scale our user base while maintaining a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive user growth, including paid social, search engine marketing (SEM), and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with our in-house creative agency to develop high-performing ad creative and landing pages.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and inform future optimizations.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign performance.
  • Work closely with our data analytics team to analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform marketing strategy.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise in digital paid channels, including Facebook, TikTok, and SEM.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and data analytics tools.
