Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Lead to own our demand generation strategy and execution. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing step-changing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive short-term and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovate and develop marketing strategies and campaigns that drive customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization.
  • Analyze and leverage data-driven approaches to decision making to drive results.
  • Build relationships with partners and industry experts to help define our product's position in the market.
  • Own messaging and communication with our prospective customer base, including written and audio content.
  • Create content that delivers on our brand building and growth targets, including through SEO.

  • Our product is a B2B recruiting technology solution.
  • Our buyer is midmarket and Enterprise recruiting teams.
