We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of our performance marketing channels, focusing on Meta and Google.
This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, reporting, and creative execution of these channels, working closely with agencies and freelancers to achieve our goals.
The Growth Marketing Manager will play a key role in expanding our reach into top-of-funnel channels such as TV (both linear and CTV), YouTube, and Podcasts.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage paid social and search channels, coordinating closely with agencies and freelancers to ensure optimal campaign performance and successful execution.
- Test, experiment, identify, and diversify the channel mix to maximize payback and overall marketing efficiency.
- Collaborate with agencies and freelancers to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Develop and deliver regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on data-driven analysis.
- Assist in the strategic planning and execution of campaigns on top-of-funnel marketing channels such as TV (linear and CTV), YouTube, and Podcasts.
- Partner with other teams including Product, Sales, and Creative to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with broader company goals.
- Monitor and manage the budget across channels to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven success in growth marketing, with a strong focus on managing paid media channels, including Meta and Google.
- Demonstrated ability to test and iterate on marketing strategies, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms.
- Skilled in assessing and refining creative content for paid media channels, offering valuable feedback to elevate campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics.
- Bi-annual off-sites to spend time with the team.
- Offices in Seattle and the SF Bay Area (Atherton).
