About the Role:

As a Strategic Business Development Executive at ProActivate, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the business priorities of our clients and effectively communicate how our solutions align with and address those priorities, delivering measurable and impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: 50% emphasis on increasing penetration within the existing customer base and 50% emphasis on identifying net new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate New Business Opportunities and Nurture Existing Accounts: Meet revenue expectations by developing and executing strategies to drive growth.
  • Lead Contract Negotiations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate multi-year contracts that drive sustained growth and mutual benefit.
  • Utilize Sales Tools and Techniques: Leverage sales tools and techniques to prospect and engage with potential clients.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 70 EUR per month
  • Variable Bonus: 30 EUR Guaranteed (to support during training and ramp-up period)
  • Accelerator Bonus: Eligible for additional bonus incentives
  • Uncapped Earnings: Opportunities for uncapped earnings based on performance
  • Paid Renewals: Receive compensation for successful contract renewals
  • Projected 1st Year Earnings: 150 EUR per month
