Fishbowl Solutions, a leading provider of enterprise-class solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expansion. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to capitalize on market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
About the Role
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats
- Collaborate with the President/Visionary to develop and implement business strategies
- Translate business strategies into clear action plans and hold teams accountable for results
- Lead status updates on key initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Interact with strategic customers to ensure exceptional service and exceed their expectations
Requirements
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a leadership role with P&L ownership and business growth leadership
