About the Role

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats
  • Collaborate with the President/Visionary to develop and implement business strategies
  • Translate business strategies into clear action plans and hold teams accountable for results
  • Lead status updates on key initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Interact with strategic customers to ensure exceptional service and exceed their expectations

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a leadership role with P&L ownership and business growth leadership
