Vice President of Business Growth (Industrial Products)

Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and proactive Vice President of Business Growth to spearhead initiatives in the industrial products manufacturing arena.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in sales and business expansion, showcasing a successful history in the industrial manufacturing domain.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and execute strategic plans aimed at propelling business advancement within the industrial products manufacturing sector.

2. Discover and leverage new business prospects by cultivating and maintaining relationships with pivotal industry stakeholders.

3. Sustain and enhance a comprehensive network of industry contacts to boost strategic alliances and business prospects.

4. Guide the sales team in crafting and implementing sales strategies that surpass revenue objectives.

5. Collaborate closely with internal departments to guarantee the provision of superior services to clients.

6. Analyze industry trends and competitor movements to uphold a competitive edge.

7. Prepare and present persuasive business proposals, presentations, and contracts to potential clients.

8. Oversee sales performance, delivering detailed reports and insights to senior leadership.

9. Represent the organization at industry-specific events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance service promotion and brand visibility.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- At least 7 years of experience in sales and business development, particularly within the industrial products manufacturing sector.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Comprehensive understanding of the industrial products manufacturing landscape and its key players.

- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

- Demonstrated capability to foster and sustain relationships with clients and industry contacts.

- Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing a sales team.

- Proficiency in strategic planning and execution.

- Willingness to travel as necessary for client engagements and industry events.
