**Job Summary**

ProActivate is seeking a highly skilled Customer Account Manager to oversee and manage established customer relationships. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with C-Suite/Operational level customers, with a focus on retention and growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maximize net dollar retention through proactive engagement and management of clients throughout your book of business.
  • Identify business opportunities to increase penetration of ProActivate's solutions within the existing client base.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Design, develop, and implement strategic/tactical business plans.

**Compensation & Benefits:**

  • Base Salary: $90,000
  • Bonus Structure:
    • 10% year-over-year growth in revenue for existing Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 customers (approximately 45 accounts) attributed to your efforts: $10,000 bonus
    • Opt-in bonus of $5,000 for growth greater than or equal to 9% and less than 10%
    • Additional $5,000 for every 5% of growth beyond 10%
  • PTO: 3 weeks
  • 8 Employer Paid Holidays per calendar year
