Lead Multifamily Sales Executive

The Lead Multifamily Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in steering a team of Sales Representatives, fostering revenue enhancement, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position encompasses the formulation of sales initiatives, overseeing sales support functions, and cultivating robust business connections with property stakeholders. The preferred candidate will possess a solid foundation in sales leadership, business expansion, and strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and inspire a team of Sales Representatives to surpass revenue objectives.
  • Craft and execute sales initiatives aimed at boosting revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with property stakeholders and executive-level personnel.
  • Formulate account strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service standards.
  • Offer mentorship and assistance to Sales Representatives.
  • Remain informed about industry developments and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with regional associates to optimize operational effectiveness.
  • Oversee standard procedures and address customer grievances.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree coupled with 8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • At least 5 years of proven success in C-Level sales or account management (preferred).
  • A minimum of 2 years in business-to-business sales management (preferred).
