The Organizational Development Specialist will engage with senior leadership to comprehend organizational dynamics and changes, crafting processes, training initiatives, and personalized coaching aimed at enhancing the capability to meet immediate organizational, divisional, or enterprise objectives while mitigating productivity declines due to change. This role requires expertise in organizational development practices, assessment tools for individuals and teams, and survey methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert consultation and technical support to program managers across all management levels.
  • Formulate comprehensive plans, objectives, and criteria for the long-term execution and assessment of programs.
  • Implement advanced strategic planning and execution across all employee and management interactions.
  • Establish metrics for evaluating organizational development and lead special projects as needed.

Essential Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of leadership development methodologies and instructional design processes.
  • Understanding of organizational strategies to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Expertise in coaching, change management, performance assessment, and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in software applications including word processing, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with management and leadership principles.
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms such as GoToWebinar, Zoom, and Google Meet.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop training programs and improve processes.
  • Effective interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in utilizing interviews, surveys, and assessments to design and deliver leadership development initiatives.
  • Capability to operate a personal computer and provide expert consulting services.
  • Ability to advise and collaborate with leadership to facilitate organizational change.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Commitment to high ethical standards and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in change management.
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 8 years of experience in change management.
  • Change Management Certification (e.g., PROSCI) is required.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $59,000 - $200,000 per year. This range serves as a general guideline, with SRE considering various factors in compensation decisions, including skills, experience, and organizational needs.

Work Environment:

This position primarily operates in a remote capacity, with flexibility based on organizational needs.
