Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a leader in Executive Strategy & Change Management, ensuring effective collaboration among professionals within complex business landscapes.
  • Formulate business cases, as well as functional and non-functional requirements, feasibility studies, and scope solutions for innovative initiatives.
  • Understand, articulate, and guide the interconnections between requirements and solutions, taking into account both current and prospective future scenarios.
  • Identify deficiencies and limitations in proposed solutions and determine necessary adjustments or alternative approaches.
  • Lead process modeling efforts and translate requirements into actionable designs.
  • Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in assessing and implementing viable solutions that comply with governmental standards and recognized best practices.
  • Oversee solution design initiatives.
  • Direct the development and execution of strategic plans.
  • Engage with clients at the Senior Executive Service (SES) level and above.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Experience with SAP is essential.
  • Proficiency in Strategy and Change Management is required.

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of nine (9) years of relevant experience is necessary.

Educational Background:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required (An additional two years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $88,106,059.02 per year
