About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Change Management Consultant to join our team at Rockwood Company. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives through strategic change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic change management plans to drive business transformation and improve organizational performance
  • Lead cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for change
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of clients' employees
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and build support for change initiatives
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to address them
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements:

  • Active DoD Secret (or above) clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, organizational development, change management)
  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, organizational development, strategic planning, and change management
  • Proven track record of delivering successful change management initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in change management, Lean-Six Sigma, or other related field
  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
