Job Overview

In light of ongoing growth and development, our organization is in search of a driven Experienced Field Sales Executive. Our client is a prominent service provider in the Power Generation sector, recognized as a leading entity on the West Coast.

As a Field Sales Executive, your primary focus will be on nurturing new client relationships, providing insights into our service department's offerings, and facilitating sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data and analytics to discover potential power generation product solutions beyond conventional offerings.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients, fostering positive relationships that lead to future sales and repeat business.
  • Stay informed on significant market trends in power generation and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Develop vendor partnerships to introduce innovative solutions that align with market demands.
  • Provide technical assistance and persuasive arguments to support customer decision-making.
  • Conduct negotiations in accordance with company policies.
  • Become well-versed in product offerings and sales tools within a designated timeframe by:
  • Managing client relationships to meet sales objectives and executing sales strategies within assigned territories.
  • Promoting company products by identifying and developing new prospects and accounts.
  • Assessing client needs and determining how our products and services can fulfill those needs.
  • Meeting sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Building relationships to foster customer loyalty and goodwill.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of relevant sales experience or equivalent industry background.
  • Proven track record in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strategic relationships, and achieving sales goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand technical requirements and deliver effective solutions to major clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
