At Pacific Power Group LLC, we are committed to driving innovation and sustainability in the power generation industry. Our focus is on delivering exceptional maintenance, repair, and overhaul services within the marine engine and backup power generation markets. Our dedicated team of professionals, including field service technicians and engineers, plays a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence across essential sectors such as defense, emergency services, and global supply chains.

Compensation Package: $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 Annually + commission opportunities.

Travel Requirements: Anticipate up to 25% travel.

Sign-On Incentive: Available based on experience.

Relocation Assistance: Offered upon request.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data analytics and industry insights to identify innovative power generation product solutions beyond conventional offerings.
  • Research and engage potential clients, fostering strong relationships to drive future sales and repeat business.
  • Stay informed on significant market trends in power generation and develop strategies to address them through technical innovation.
  • Establish and nurture vendor partnerships to explore new solutions and applications that align with market demands.
  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to influence customer decisions effectively.
  • Conduct negotiations in accordance with company policies.
  • Familiarize yourself with product offerings and sales tools over a 4-6 month period by:
  • Managing client relationships to meet sales objectives and executing sales strategies within designated territories.
  • Developing new business opportunities and accounts to expand market reach.
  • Assessing customer needs to align company products and services with their requirements.
  • Achieving sales goals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Building relationships that foster customer loyalty and goodwill.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience or equivalent industry background.
  • Proven track record in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in understanding technical requirements and delivering effective solutions to major clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Dynamics.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
