Position Summary

We are in search of a Food and Beverage Operations Manager to ensure the success of our service operations, maintaining alignment with client culture, health regulations, and corporate standards. The Operations Manager will oversee all facets of food service management, including new café launches, staff training and development, financial oversight, retail management, and overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the overall success of operations, adhering to client culture, health regulations, and standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Manage new café openings, coordinating pre-opening activities and ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Evaluate financial performance of cafés to identify areas for enhancement and ensure profitability.
  • Direct retail operations to boost sales and enhance profitability.
  • Lead all aspects of food service operations to guarantee success.
  • Foster a strong work ethic among staff, providing training and development opportunities to improve performance.
  • Inspire, train, and guide all team members to meet operational goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address challenges professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in food service operations, ideally in a casino or multi-outlet hotel setting.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-unit operations, achieving financial objectives, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with the ability to motivate a diverse workforce towards common goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, capable of building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
