Role Description:


As the Senior Vice President of Operations, you will be tasked with overseeing and managing all facets of the company's operations.

Your primary objective will be to enhance operational efficiency and profitability while simultaneously fostering sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:
Direct and lead the operations team, encompassing sales and client management.

Strategic Planning and Execution:
Partner with the executive leadership to define the strategic vision and objectives of the company.

Sales and Business Development:
Collaborate closely with the sales division to stimulate revenue growth, set sales targets, and evaluate performance.
Design and execute strategies aimed at expanding the customer base and improving client satisfaction.
Establish robust relationships with contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers to negotiate advantageous partnerships.

Operations Management:
Refine and optimize operational workflows, including supply chain management, inventory oversight, and order fulfillment.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational success and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Implement quality assurance measures to guarantee that products and services meet client expectations.

Financial Management:
Work alongside finance and service line leaders to develop and oversee budgets, manage expenditures, and enhance profitability.
Conduct regular financial reviews with finance and service line leadership to identify performance drivers and summarize results.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in leading sales and operations teams.
Strong business acumen and strategic insight.
Financial expertise with experience in P&L analysis.
Industry experience in HVACR or a related field.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
