Project Insights

Through the Private Sector Engagement Modernization Contract (PSEMC), Dexis collaborates with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to enhance partnerships with the private sector, aiming for improved development outcomes. The PSE Hub's objective is to establish the necessary institutional conditions, operational infrastructure, and capacity to broaden engagement with the private sector both domestically and internationally. The PSE Hub is committed to transforming and modernizing USAID's approach to development by institutionalizing its PSE policy and providing capacity-building support across all sectors and countries where USAID operates.

Position Summary

Dexis Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to collaborate with USAID in providing support for ongoing institutional programs. This role involves leading strategic recruitment efforts, developing talent pipelines, and executing a responsive recruitment process. A comprehensive understanding of project execution for USAID and the full recruitment cycle is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in weekly corporate recruitment meetings.
  • Assist in positioning for new business ventures.
  • Share top candidates with fellow recruiters and project managers.

Project-Specific Duties

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for project roles, ensuring timely placements.
  • Source passive candidates and generate leads through innovative methods.
  • Screen, interview, and recommend candidates for current openings.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with USAID points of contact and develop a strategic candidate pipeline across all PSE HUB areas.
  • Assist in crafting job descriptions in collaboration with USAID contacts as necessary.
  • Maintain a pre-contracted talent pool and consultant roster.
  • Create and publish job advertisements.
  • Coordinate interviews and serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Prepare and negotiate job offers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to finalize candidate selections, providing vetted candidates and advising on best practices.
  • Compile regular data on recruitment timelines for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with EEO and OFCCP regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate recruiting, encompassing the full recruitment lifecycle, research, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • At least 1 year of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers while fostering excellent working relationships.
  • Knowledge of trends and innovative recruiting techniques that support best-in-class recruitment.
  • Ability to manage numerous open positions across various offices and disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with interview techniques and applicant screening methods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification.
