Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for the Talent Acquisition Specialist role should possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1+ years in recruitment, whether in an agency or corporate setting. Candidates with experience in the healthcare sector are preferred. Familiarity with various virtual interview formats (e.g., Teams, Zoom) and comfort with in-person interviews is essential. Role Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for designated roles. This position presents a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and knowledge to contribute to the growth of CINQCARE while advancing your career.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and sourcing specialized candidates across various levels.
  • Conducting screenings and interviews to ensure the best candidates are presented.
  • Collaborating with leadership to develop effective hiring strategies tailored to specific needs.
  • Staying informed about industry trends to evaluate candidates against current standards.
  • Expanding your network and generating new leads for talent acquisition.
  • Promoting CINQCARE's employer brand to attract top professionals.
  • Implementing strategies to build a diverse workforce by hiring individuals from varied backgrounds.
  • Establishing community connections to enhance local talent acquisition efforts.
  • Participating in relevant events to promote CINQCARE's brand and employment opportunities.
  • Coordinating the interview process and conducting interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Performing additional job-related duties as assigned.

General Duties

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be responsible for:

  • Leadership: Assisting in the formulation and execution of strategies that create business value through effective talent acquisition.
  • Collaboration: Ensuring alignment of talent acquisition with business strategies by engaging with various divisions to understand their needs and objectives.
