Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure a secure working environment for all team members through safety initiatives endorsed by the organization.

Enhance overall sales, product quality, and net profitability of all company offerings across all designated clients.


Provide leadership and guidance for all client-related activities internally, acting as a liaison between Customer Planning, Finance, and Sales Operations.


Communicate timely contracts, incentive programs, and marketing strategies, while maintaining up-to-date customer pricing files both internally through systems and within clients' systems.


Conduct forecasting and promotional analyses at various intervals (weekly, quarterly, annually, etc.), in collaboration with the Customer Planning team, to identify missed or realized opportunities.


Collaborate with the Finance team to develop annual client budgets and oversee overall client expenditures, including, but not limited to, temporary pricing adjustments, promotional activities, marketing initiatives, marketing agreements, display execution, and category management.

Foster and sustain long-term productive relationships with all assigned retail clients through:


Delivering strategic plans to assigned clients (retailers) that will positively influence and support BBU's short and long-term sustainable strategic objectives, including building strategic brands and increasing total category and market share within retailers.

Conducting regular business reviews with any/all headquarters and member/group levels within assigned clients (retailers).

Maintaining oversight of all aspects of client management, including pricing discrepancies, service challenges, and ad hoc requests as necessary.

Gather competitive intelligence and formulate action items that lead to overall enhancement of the BBU strategic brand portfolio.

Represent the organization professionally during client interactions and business engagements.

Additional responsibilities as assigned, including Corporate Brands Ownership, Import & Snack Management, etc.

Education and Work History:
Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field, along with 5-7 years of relevant experience in client relations or sales. CPG/DSD experience is advantageous.

A combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates competency to perform the work may be considered.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
Strong project management capabilities.

At least 6 months of experience leading and influencing others.

Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate and influence others.

Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.

Proficiency in computer skills, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook is required.

Bilingual - English/Spanish is a plus.

Must have strong analytical skills, including financial reporting.

Strong working knowledge of sales processes and procedures, space management programs, and DSD operations.

P&L, business analysis & merchandising experience preferred.

Familiarity with IRI and margin miner is advantageous.

Travel Required 40% or as needed within defined geography.
