Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Financial Guidance: Offer expert advice and guidance on a range of financial products and services, including deposit and loan options, to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest banking products and services, including digital offerings, to effectively communicate and recommend solutions to customers.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with branch team members and partners to ensure seamless customer experiences and provide exceptional service.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Typically 3-4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
  • Skills: Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and a thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
