- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Typically 3-4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
- Skills: Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and a thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
- Competitive Salary: $25.71 per hour.
