Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and mix batter according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Operate fryers and other equipment to produce a variety of fried goods, including donuts and pastries.
  • Ensure proper consistency and quality of fried goods, including texture, appearance, and flavor.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, work areas, and surrounding environments to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing ingredients and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or food production environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Basic math skills and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
Working Conditions
