Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lighting Business Development Manager to join our team at Graybar. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our lighting product and service programs, driving business growth, and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Manage and analyze sales reports and statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with Lighting Product Managers to develop and implement national promotions
  • Provide leadership and guidance to district and branch locations to achieve business objectives
  • Make recommendations for stock and inventory levels to optimize business performance
  • Facilitate continuous improvement of products and processes to drive business excellence
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in sales management, branch management, or district marketing
  • 4-year degree in Business or related major preferred
  • Knowledge of supplier products, industry trends, and service offerings
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results
