We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business to Business (B2B) Partner/Sales Associate to join our team at Nyberg's ACE & Dakota Workwear. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new business customers to drive sales growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting sales calls, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new business customers
  • Conduct sales calls and presentations to promote products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail or business-to-business environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
