Customer Service Representative

Position Summary:
The role of Customer Service Representative at POOLCORP involves welcoming and assisting clients, conducting water quality assessments, replenishing inventory, and ensuring a tidy store atmosphere. The representative will report to the assistant manager or store manager and will be accountable for maintaining customer satisfaction and store organization.
Primary Duties:
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Performing water quality assessments for clients
- Handling phone inquiries and notifying management of inventory shortages
- Maintaining a clean and orderly store environment
- Executing additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or pool supply sectors
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
